Eligibility Explanation
Qualifying businesses must be listed under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 11. Post-harvest production (e.g., wine production, nut drying, etc.) is eligible when performed directly on-farm as defined by NAICS Code 11. Participating customers must have a valid SCE account, on an eligible rate, that is in good standing. All projects and equipment must meet the Program’s Basic Requirements.
Program Requirements
- All equipment must be new electric equipment.
- Qualifying equipment must be purchased and installed between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2027. The purchase date of the equipment must be within the calendar year that the application is submitted unless indicated otherwise.
- All required efficiency levels must exceed California Title 20 and 24 standards.**
- Equipment must meet the Program’s technical specifications. Your account manager will provide guidance on measure-specific information.
